Take Scottsdale Road south (north), turn right (left) onto Lincoln Drive going west. Lincoln Drive to 16th Street, turn right, going north on 16th Street. At Morten Avenue, turn left. Turn left at the sign that says The Terraces retirement community.

From Chandler, Ahwatukee:
Take Interstate 10 north/west to State Route 51 north. Exit Glendale Avenue. Turn left, going west. Right on 16th street going north. At Morten Avenue, turn left. Turn left at the sign that says The Terraces retirement community.

From Mesa, Gilbert:
Take US 60 west, to Interstate 10 west, to State Route 51 north. Exit Glendale Avenue. Turn left, going west. Right on 16th street going north. At Morten Avenue, turn left. Turn left at the sign that says The Terraces retirement community.

From Airport:
Take Interstate 10 north/west. Take State Route 51 north. Exit Glendale Avenue. Turn left, going west. Right on 16th street going north. At Morten Avenue, turn left. Turn left at the sign that says The Terraces retirement community.

From Sun City:
Take Bell Road to Loop 101 North/East. Exit 32nd street. Take 32nd Street south to Shea Blvd. Turn left and take Shea Boulevard east to State Route 51 south. Exit Northern Avenue, go right to 16th Street. Turn left on 16th street going south. Turn right on Morten Avenue. Turn left at the sign that says The Terraces retirement community.
